These terms apply when you use Playrs at playrs.app, provided by the Playrs team. Contact: support@playrs.app. By creating an account or subscribing you agree to them.

1. Using Playrs

Using Playrs on one device is free. An account adds online features: sync across devices and sharing squads with other people.

2. Your account

You must be 16 or over. Give accurate details, keep your password safe, and don’t share your account. You’re responsible for what happens in squads you lead.

3. Playrs Online subscription

• Who pays: anyone who changes online squad data (squad leaders, Editors and Organisers). Viewers are free.
• Price: £2.99, €2.99 or $2.99 a month, depending on where you are. The price at checkout includes any VAT or sales tax that applies.
• Free trial: 14 days, once per person. A card is needed; the first payment is taken when the trial ends unless you cancel before then.
• Renewal: your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel.
• Cancelling: any time from Squads → Manage subscription. You keep online editing until the end of the period you’ve paid for, and won’t be charged again.
• Failed payments: we retry for a few days. If payment still fails, online editing stops until you pay; you can still view your squads.
• Price changes: we’ll tell you at least 30 days before a new price applies, and you can cancel before then.

4. Your right to cancel and refunds

Your subscription starts straight away (including any free trial), and you ask for it to start immediately when you subscribe. If you’re a consumer in the UK or EU, you can still cancel within 14 days of your first payment and get that payment back in full: email support@playrs.app. Otherwise payments aren’t refunded for part months, except where the law says so.

5. Your squads and data

What you add stays yours. You let us store it and show it to the people you share it with. If nobody with edit access to a squad subscribes, its online copy is deleted 90 days later; we email a reminder 7 days before. Copies on your devices aren’t affected. Keep a backup (History → Backup & restore) of anything important. See the Privacy policy.

6. Fair use

Don’t use Playrs for anything unlawful, abusive or offensive, add people’s details without their OK, or try to get around its security or payments. We may suspend accounts that do.

7. The service

We work to keep Playrs running and your data safe, but can’t promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change or improve features. If we stop offering Playrs Online, we’ll give you notice and refund any unused part of a payment.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or anything else the law doesn’t allow us to limit, and you keep your legal rights as a consumer. Otherwise, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we aren’t liable for losses that weren’t foreseeable.

9. Ending

You can stop at any time and delete your account from the Squads tab. We may end these terms if you seriously break them.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, the EU or the US, you keep the protections of your local consumer law and can bring a claim where you live.
